Every order ships from our warehouse in Woodstock, Georgia. Here’s what to expect once you request an order.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international delivery, contact us before ordering and we’ll quote shipping for you. Local customers can ask about picking up an order.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated for each order based on roll size, weight, and destination, and it appears on your invoice before you pay. Some orders may qualify for free shipping; if so, it will show on your invoice.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped after your invoice is paid. Orders paid early on a business day often ship the same day; otherwise they ship within 1–2 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or major holidays. If anything on your order is delayed, we’ll contact you right away.
Delivery time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping by ground service. Faster shipping is available — just ask when you request your order. Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number.
How we pack film
Rolls are boxed and supported so the film isn’t creased or crushed in transit. Long rolls may ship in oversized boxes.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a box is visibly damaged, note it with the driver if you can and photograph the box before opening. Report any damage, missing items, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery to info@evowrapsupply.com or 470-687-8812, with your order number and photos. Don’t install damaged film — installed film can’t be replaced under a shipping claim.
Address problems and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If tracking shows no movement for several business days, contact us and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.
