These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of evowrapsupply.com/ and to every order you place with EVO Wrap Supply (“EVO,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or requesting an order, you agree to them.
Products and descriptions
We sell vinyl wrap film, paint protection film, window tint, printable media, laminates, and installation tools, including films manufactured by HEXIS. We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and photos accurate, but colors on screen can differ from the actual film, and manufacturers may change specifications without notice. If exact color matters, ask us about a sample before ordering.
Prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or sales tax. We may change prices at any time. If a price on the site is wrong, we’ll let you know before invoicing and you can choose whether to continue.
How ordering works
- You submit an order request. No payment is taken on the website. Submitting a request is an offer to buy, not a confirmed order.
- We review it. We confirm availability, roll sizes, and shipping, and contact you if anything needs clarifying.
- We send an invoice. Your invoice includes the products, shipping, and any applicable sales tax.
- You pay, and we ship. Your order is confirmed once the invoice is paid. Unpaid invoices may expire, and stock isn’t held until payment is received.
We may decline or cancel any order request, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping times, costs, and damage claims are covered in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers them.

Warranties
Films and products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, where one is offered. Manufacturer warranties have their own terms and usually require proper storage, surface preparation, and installation. We’re glad to help you file a warranty claim. Apart from manufacturer warranties and any rights you have by law, products are sold “as is,” and we make no other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Installation and use
Film results depend on the surface, preparation, environment, and installation technique. Before a full install, test the film on the actual surface, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and check local laws — especially window tint darkness (VLT) rules for your state. EVO isn’t responsible for installation results, labor costs, or damage to vehicles or surfaces caused by installation or removal.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, EVO’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, labor, or downtime.
Website use
Text, photos, videos, and graphics on this site belong to EVO Wrap Supply or its partners, such as HEXIS, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or submit false order requests.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you submit an order request applies to that order.
