Shipping

  • Orders ship from Woodstock, GA, usually within 1–2 business days after payment, and we email you the tracking number.
  • Shipping is calculated for your order and shown on your invoice before you pay. We ship within the U.S.; contact us for other destinations.
  • Rolls are boxed and supported so the film isn’t creased in transit. Check your order on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

Returns

  • Full, unopened rolls and unused tools can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to start a return.
  • Film cut to length, opened or partly used rolls, and installed film can’t be returned.
  • Films are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where one is offered. Inspect film before installing, and we’ll help with any claim.
